We’ll work with you on a price that is fair to you and to us based on your anticipated usage and your organization’s budget. We charge less than any of the for-profit vendors in the space, and 100% of the “profits” are used to fund VoteAmerica’s mobilization work.

We offer flexible subscription options, so you can subscribe to just one tool, or all of the tools.

All our tools can be embedded in any website with a simple line of code. Information will pass directly to our system, without any further setup required. We will provide self-service embedding instructions and documentation for your technology provider, and can provide detailed assistance for premium users.

All payment is due in advance. Most of our customers prefer monthly billing, but we’re happy to set up quarterly or annual billing if that works better for you.

It generally takes about 3 business days to set up new accounts. But you’ll be able to login to the customer portal as soon as you make your first payment.

The tools capture demographic information for each voter, including first and last name, home address and mailing address, date of birth, gender, email, phone number, and contact opt-in info. This can be exported by subscribers at any time as a standard CSV file for import into their systems and matched to their voter files.

Paid subscribers are given access to their own online dashboard to view their campaign results, state-by-state conversion rates, tool embed codes, and download their data.

Yes. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your term for another term of the same length. Your subscription will not automatically renew as long as you cancel at least 10 days before the end of your term. If you cancel, your account will be active for the duration of your current subscription term.

Yes! We’re SOC-2 and HIPAA complaint, and we take PII concerns seriously.

Our tools are intentionally formatted in a plain, nondescript, and accessible manner that integrates nicely with any brand. Right now you can change the button colors to match your brand. In 2024 we’ll add the ability to change the fonts as well.

Yes. We run extensive tests ourselves, so we’ve made sure to build support for this into all our tools. URL parameters are automatically passed to the tools and stored on the backend. We support all five Google UTM parameters, as well as “source.” This data is stored as part of the user events and is downloadable via the subscriber dashboard. If you know Javascript, it will be easy for you to pass information to Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, or any other third-party tracking software. Use of the standard UTM parameters will feed events directly from your embedded pages via Google Analytics or Facebook pixel.

Everyone who uses our software is automatically opted-in to VoteAmerica communications, and will receive SMS election reminders in perpetuity, even after your subscription ends.

This is the same exact software that VoteAmerica uses on our website. Everything is hosted on AWS, and can handle as much traffic as you throw at them.

Yes! Our software has always been and will always be free to use. A paid subscription allows you to access the data gathered via a specific instance of the VoteAmerica+ software. No. 90% of Americans haven’t downloaded an app in the past three months. Building a native app is a great way to waste time and money, and not a great way to increase turnout. Our software is web-based because that’s where voters are. It also mobile-friendly, lightning fast, and 508-compliant. Each tool can be embedded into apps with a web view, or through our documented APIs.
